Financial Assistance
Earn Your Seat
No committed trainee is turned away for financial reasons. But no seat is free. Scholarships cover part of the cost. The rest is earned through service hours and held through performance.
How It Works
Payment plan first
Before applying, look at the monthly payment option on the enrollment page. Most families find it works. If it still doesn't fit, keep reading.
Partial scholarship
Scholarships cover 25, 50, or 75 percent of the cycle cost. Never 100. Every family pays something. Applications close on a rolling basis — contact us for the current deadline.
Service hours close the gap
The portion not covered by the scholarship or paid in cash is worked off through verified service hours. Hours can come from the trainee, a parent, or both. Hours are logged in your portal and verified by staff.
- —Assisting at Junior Warrior Training sessions
- —Setup, teardown, and logistics at Flash Love and Spartan events
- —Gear maintenance and facility work
- —A family fundraising project approved by us
Renewal is earned
Scholarships are awarded one cycle at a time. To renew, the trainee must finish the cycle with 90% or higher attendance, all weekly check-ins submitted, and all service hours completed.
Pay it forward
When you can, sponsor a future trainee. It's how this pool stays alive.
Who We're Looking For
A scholarship goes to a trainee who wants it, not a family who wants it for them. We read the trainee's answers first.
Apply for a Scholarship
Sponsor a Trainee
Every scholarship seat is funded by someone who believes in this. Sponsors receive a report each cycle showing the trainee's attendance, progress, and service hours. Sponsor a full seat, a partial seat, or the pool.
